Where do my ads run?

Your ad is running using TikTok Ads Manager inside of our account. While it runs inside our account, it runs using your video from your TikTok profile.

What is an authorization code?

The authorization code is what allows us to run TikTok ads using your video. Here's how to get it:

  1. Open the TikTok app on your phone
  2. Go to your profile and find your video
  3. Click the three dots on the bottom right of your video
  4. At the bottom of the popup, you'll see options such as "save video", and "pin". In that section, swipe to the right until you get to the button that says "ad settings".
  5. On the ad settings page, click the switch next to "Ad authorization". You should see a new section titled "video code" popup.
  6. Next to "video code", click "generate". Select "60 days", and click "authorize".
  7. Click "save"
  8. Once your video code is listed as "ready", click "manage" again and click "copy code".
  9. Paste that code in our form before adding the product to your cart!
What ad creatives do you use?

Your video is our actual ad. When you give us the authorization code it allows us to use your exact video as an ad.

How long will my campaign run?

The length of your campaign varies depending on the size of the campaign and the performance of the campaign. Overall most campaigns run between 3 and 6 weeks.
